At Influence Media Inc., we do everything to provide you an exceptional experience overall. Our clients are active across different platforms and services, both online and offline. When you interact with us on other services, we are not responsible for the information that Third-Party Services use. Our Services does not currently link up or connect to an account with Third Party Services, however we do operate on Third Party Services. Opting Out

In general, email correspondence from Influence Media Inc. will have an “unsubscribe” option to provide for you an easy and simple way to stop receiving our correspondence. Unsubscribing will stop you from receiving most emails from Influence Media except for emails relating to any correspondence you initiate with us.
Behavioural Targeting / Re-Targeting
We partner with a third-party ad networks like Google Ads and Facebook to either display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and tracking tools to collect non-personal data about your activities on this and other web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

Agents
Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, or unless we’ve obtained your prior consent, generally, we will not disclose your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties.
Influence Media sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. For example, we may pass your Personal Data to our designated service providers in order to send newsletters, distribute marketing materials on our behalf and maintain databases. If we employ another company to perform a function of this nature; we provide the company only with the information they need to perform their specific function. These companies are authorized to use your personal data only as necessary to provide these services to use. By engaging with our Site, you agree and consent to Influence Media’s forwarding of your Personal Data to said third parties.
We may provide your Personal Information to our employees, contractors, agents, service providers and designees (“Agents”) to enable them to perform certain services for us exclusively, including:

How We Store Your Personal Information
Your personal information is stored in secured locations and on servers hosted by WP Engine. Data will be auto-deleted from the WP Engine every 30 days. If you choose to opt-in to our newsletter mailing list, we use Mailchimp to store your email address in order to send you news about services, events, special offers & blog posts. Influence Media retains your non-personal information for as long as we will need to fulfill the purposes we have outlined in this policy and to best serve you. We may also retain the information for longer if it is required or permitted by applicable law.
European Union Users
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at karly@influencemedia.ca.
Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you through the Site, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe to Canada and the United States.
